Hi all, This is somewhat of a side-point but it has to do with a point Danny made below and that is of the lateness that major issues statements and other documents are posted. I have noticed before the last two ICANN conferences that I have attended (OK, the ONLY two) that major documents come out the day or two before the conference and nobody has much of a chance to review them. I *believe* that the Board insists on a 10 day (or somesuch) period to review documents before they need to be addressed. How can we get some kind of rule like that happening for ALAC? If ALAC members don't have time enough to review documents before discussing them at the f2f meetings, how can ALAC be affective? I have NO idea how to address this issue but perhaps some of the people who have been around for longer can give some advice, if they think this is a worthwhile point. D Darlene A. They should be appearing any minute now (as Staff always seems to wait till the very last moment to post major items). It would be appreciated if Board discussions on the revised Registrar Accreditation Agreement could be added to the agenda. Also, I am expecting that ALAC will be called upon to develop a Registrant Bill of Rights & Responsibilities that will make its way into the RAA at some point.
