I also want to congratulate Kuo. To be honest, I supported Raimundo for another period and being very proud of his job representing my region at the Board. But finding out that a person coming from an ALSs has the possibility to volunteer at ICANN's Board appointed by ASO, is a great news and deserves to be celebrated here in At Large!
