My preference would be - "as open as possible" An open approach -would allow candidate ALS's (and perhaps the "at large public") to be able to follow the discussion. a related question - are RSS feeds available for the list(s)? If not, that might be another thing to look into for the near future. Not sure if mailman can provide RSS feeds. A related mailing list software - SYMPA - does RSS capability... regards Robert
