Qué es el formulario 990 de la ICANN,?
It is a tax form that all non-profits incorporated in the United States file with the government, and includes a summary of the year's revenue and expense. All Form 990 data is public, and can usually be found at www.guidestar.org. The 2007 form 990 says that in FY07, they paid Paul Twomey $722,079 plus $219,345 in employee benefits, including about $60K in currency adjustments and $210K in bonuses for 2004-2006. That's a lot of money. I'd also ask why a non-profit charity, which is ICANN's legal status, is paying bonuses.
