Alan: thanks for the nomination. My preference is to still continue as SSAC liaison as I find involvement and engagement with then to be most rewarding. Should it be possible to concurrently also be one of the vice-chairs, then i'd accept. However, if I can only hold one of the positions - then my preference would be SSAC.
