We are not in any mess. Currently one ALAC seat in each region is (or was) under vote. I am sure that ALSs will make the better choice in each region where the selection is not yet finalized. It will be time (and it is easier during a face2face meeting) to review that situation at the Cairo meeting. Each ALAC member need the help and the work of the others. And we need to understand better the situation of each. I am sure that is what the Chair is currently doing.
