Parminder, As an incoming ALAC rep I am not satisfied, not nearly so, with the accountability measures. We witnessed, and documented, an effort of senior ICANN staff to flush the words "consumer" and "trust" down the toilet of history. I have put forward a motion to get this addressed immediately. The motion has at least 7 vocal supporters within ALAC. I am still waiting for a response from the chair.
