[At-Large] Still more folk complaining about GoDaddy Transfer Policy Violations

Hi Patrick, A herd of sheep was determined to craft new policies. They met and collectively resolved that henceforth all wolves would become vegatarians. The wolves responded to the policy declaration by having a nice mutton dinner. If policies can't or won't be enforced, then there is no point in wasting time on crafting new policy.... and if the ALAC won't bring user concerns to the Board, then why should anyone send their concerns to the ALAC?
