Correct me if i'm wrong, has anyone @ ALAC mentioned that issues of freedom of expression, censorship and internet freedom ARE of concern to ICANN.
The question is not whether they're of concern, the question is whether they're relevant, which in general they're not. ICANN runs the top level of the DNS and the IP allocations, not the whole Net. I'm sure many people at ICANN are concerned about clean drinking water, too. I know I am. R's, John
