Nope! There is a need to fill. You are a BoD Member. There is plenty of money. You must assume the need. Either by yourself or in designating somebody else. How for us to get things moving? To say to send the real problem to you: mails. So you can appreciate the need and know by yourself who you should pick or appoint. This is multistakeholder governanceship ! :-) Or may be you know someone else in the board? Take care. jfc
