John, the ALAC will be endorsing any re appointments or making new appointments during our meeting on 13th November. The results of all our Working Group Chairs, Appointments, and Liaison positions (that do not require a formal vote process {applicable only to liaisons}) will be announced to this list immediately after the close of that meeting, so whilst in no way pre-empting the results of our deliberations, please do let them know we most respectfully request that .MOBI waits for confirmation until then... However, as there may be time critical work requiring input, at the moment you can say "You continue in the roll until the Meeting of the ALAC on November 13th where all appointments and re-appointments will be formally discussed and confirmed." As with any such role, as the incumbent you continue in that roll until endorsement / re-appointment or replacement at a meeting of the ALAC at the ICANN AGM or immediately after it under our ROP's.
