[At-Large] Many new members in ccNSO

Dear friends, For some reason many ccTLD's not being member of the ccNSO are now signing up (in a hurry) to the ccNSO. Somehow I think I'm missing somewhere a message or event that is important for ccNSO to be in good shape and have as many members as possible.
