[At-Large] als approval guidelines

Dear Nick, as the ALAC has changed it guidelines for approving ALS-applicants so that organisations of organisations can apply too, it would be very helpful if you could inform all former applicants which were not accepted for this very reason. Thank you Annette Muehlberg
