This looks like a very good working plan. We just need to find people who are willing to engage into each of these activities; some might be ALAC members, some might come from ALSes, some might be active individuals like you. About the online forum - I thought we had closed it, we have open public mailing lists so I don't see the point of having yet another discussion place. -- vb.
