Excellent idea, Bill, and thanks for suggesting it! Looking at the current (tentative) ICANN schedule, there's an AFRALO Monthly meeting from 18:00 to 19:00. There's also an IDN reception for hosted by Messrs. Beckstrom & Dengate-Thrush from 18:00 to 20:00, but I would venture to say that if I had a choice, I'd come to an NCUC-ALAC drinks + dinner.
