I, myself, was a NomCom appointee to ALAC and though I did a lot of work during my time, I really felt a 2 year term is not enough to be completely effective. I have known Adam for a number of years and ALAC is extremely fortunate to have him. He has served on the NomCom itself and is very well aware of ALL the issues faced by ALAC. I wish them both well.
