With its private reserved list of names ICANN is not credible. The legislative body cannot set rules and make exception for itself -- not in a decent place.
I beg to disagree. The "Reserved Names" listed in section 2.2.1.2.1 are all related to the Internet's infrastructure. Any use of those names by organizations other than those currently operating by that name would likely endanger the Internet's stability.
