While I appreciate the work being done, it would be courteous if anyone using the first person in an email would actually sign their name. "ICANN staff" is not a headless amorphous blob. It is people, who have names and roles. Certainly the above mail was not written collectively by all of ICANN At-Large staff. At a time when At-Large is trying to invite and energize the public, this is not the time to de-personalize. - Evan
