Hello Michele, I will like to understand the policy and processes that makes this possible, from the ICANN website the closest I could find is bulk transfers[1] and such transfers can only happen if there is agreement termination or acquisition of registrar. However it seem this particular scenario doesn't fall in any of the 2 transfer options, does it?.
