Hi Danny IS this suit more about trademarks or tasting? Cause tasting isn't illegal - detrimental and should be stopped, and that’s what the PDP is about, but I can't see the legal challenge to tasting. (Of course I'm not a lawyer, so if I'm wrong, please advise without abuse) Most of the comments on the link you sent referred to the trademark issue. JAM
