Colleagues: I've updated the schedule just now on our google calendar (URL below) in Oct - adding generic time slots for ALAC during the LA meeting. Hi Robert, Where it says "ALAC" - will Secretariats and Chairs be welcome to those meetings (barring conflicting meetings) or will it be "ALAC ONLY"? In the online calendar (attached as PDF's also), the "ALAC" designation just indicates that the meeting is for the at-large- committee. The meetings listed are I believe open to all. The sunday meeting(s) are strategy sessions - and so i'm not to sure how open they are to others. Secretariats, i think are more then welcome. Looks like the times for Oct.30(Tuesday) are mixed up; there are references to 2:30 am and 3:30 am meetings. Is that serious? Are the times UTC or local? Let me also remind you that Tuesdays at ICANN Meetings are generally set aside for day-long meetings of GNSO, cNSO, etc where ALAC liaisons to these groups participate. Siavash

I'd ask that you and others please let me know of "other" meetings that you need to attend. being new, I'm not sure of what commitments have . My opinion is that the key meeting is the strategy session being planned for the sunday. if it goes well, we might need to re-purpose some of the other slots we have to continue the discussion. I think finding time that is convenient for everyone is not possible. I am trying to accommodate requests the best I can, but - I have been delegated as the agenda chair. Since the ALAC schedule must be made available by - this wed, well, we need to have an agenda finalized by no later then tomorrow. That being said - I am scheduling several ALAC meetings in the week. If you can't make one, then - not a problem - there will be others. we should have ample time to meet and work together. As I've mentioned before, we should all meet informally a few times each day - be it for breakfast, lunch or for a break in the afternoon. regards Robert
