Hi all, Being a "newbie" at this, my main goal is to catch as many "informational" sessions as I can to get me up to speed on the issues. Simultaneously, my goal is to catch as many of the Secretariats and ALAC meetings as I can. After that, I'll take in whatever is happening. That is basically my "order of priority". Just FYI! I'd ask that you and others please let me know of "other" meetings that you need to attend. being new, I'm not sure of what commitments have . My opinion is that the key meeting is the strategy session being planned for the sunday. if it goes well, we might need to re-purpose some of the other slots we have to continue the discussion. I think finding time that is convenient for everyone is not possible. I am trying to accommodate requests the best I can, but - I have been delegated as the agenda chair. Since the ALAC schedule must be made available by - this wed, well, we need to have an agenda finalized by no later then tomorrow. That being said - I am scheduling several ALAC meetings in the week. If you can't make one, then - not a problem - there will be others. we should have ample time to meet and work together.
