Wendy and all, I couldn't agree more. In fact, from my review of the new posted set of proposed "Rules" such seems to point in the direction of less accountability to the public instead of more. That would leave the definate impression of non-transparency and far less openness and accountability. Such is inconsistant with the MOU, IMO. Of course less accountability would seem to fit what remarks I have been reading from the chair and JFC Morfin of late... -----Original Message-----

This document appears to be largely a compilation of procedural complexities that do little to make ALAC more accountable to the at-large public. I don't think we need more rules, we need a better set of reporting mechanisms to coordinate with the public.
