I do not seek to blame anything on anyone actually. For your information, at the request of the committee, the staff plotted out the amount of time it would take to have a completely bottom-up based policy advice development timeline. That takes 11-12 weeks. Anything less means that some portion of the ability of the community is truncated. There have been several requests for input recently on very short timeframes. That statement was accurate. This is a subject on the ALAC's agenda for Cairo.
