[At-Large] ALAC Public Comment Time Frames

Perhaps a little more honesty on the part of ICANN Staff might be in order... Chuck Gomes put forth the motion calling for constituent input on the topic in his note to Council dated 27 August. That motion was adopted by the GNSO Council at their session on 4 September. A month later the ALAC finally brings this matter to the attention of the at-large community... You can't blame this one on an aggressive Council schedule.
