Re: question 2, as I reported on 30 August, timing of publication of budget data by Portfolio and Project on myICANN.org will be provided once Finance and PMO review the details for accuracy and clarity. This work is currently underway, and I will provide more information once it's available. This system of reporting continues to evolve as part of ICANN's transparency and accountability mechanisms.
