Hi, Enclosed is the first draft of the completed templates for the SSR review stuff. Apologies for getting it in so late. Note that there are still a couple of bits missing (e.g., budget/resourcing associated with SSAC/RSSAC) and it has _NOT_ been reviewed by staff to make sure the "staff assessment" stuff (at least) is correct -- I just sent it to Patrick before this note.
