[atrt2] Board adoption of WHOIS Recommendations

At the meeting in Washington, I said I would put together my understanding of why the WHOIS RT and others felt that the Board had not adequately addressed the RT recommendations. That report is attached. As noted, this is my view of the history, but I will be trying to vet it with members of the RT. Alan
