Today we filed the attached comment on Proposed Changes to the NCUC Charter. ( ICANN comment page at https://www.icann.org/public-comments/ncuc-charter-2017-08-24-en ) Thanks to drafters Marilyn Cade, John Berard, and Tola Sogbesan, and to Andy Abrams for editing. It was approved in accord with the BC Charter.
