[bc-gnso] Secretariat change of email address

Dear BC Members, Please note a change of email address to contact me, BC Secretariat, provided by ICANN as part of the toolkit services. From now on please use this email address to contact me: *bc-secretariat@icann.org*. I will still have access to the hotmail address: secretariat-bc@hotmail.com but will use the ICANN email address moving forward since the hotmail service is not as reliable, and I often experience delays in reception of emails, so please try to avoid contacting me via hotmail.
