I have gotten some copies of the current newsletter from Omar as Chris hsd also directed that there be enough copies at the lunch. We would still get more copies from Jimson before the event and leave the excess at the ICANN Booth where there are leftovers as Marylin hinted. LOR. As I understand it, the lunch is set up as round tables, with people scattered at different tables. It is discussions informally at the table, over lunch, so perhaps it is okay to have more than one BC attendee. :-)
We've given out around 30+ BC brochures throughout the day, both through Lawrence and Omar and I being at the Newcomers booth, or in person through direct engagement and conversation.
Jimson/Chantelle, can either Lawrence or I pick up more BC brochures from you early in the day, so we can take around 40 with us? We can then return those not picked up to the Newcomers booth. I'll at at the Newcomers Booth for a couple of hours. Omar and Lawrence have both already spent some considerable time there.

I have been reviewing tomorrow's schedule and note that the joint meeting of the GNSO and ccNSO Councils takes place at 12:15 pm, the same time as the BC meeting. Therefore I will be unable to attend the BC meeting and wanted to make sure you all knew of this conflict.
