Andrew, before our call tomorrow, can you provide us with at least an outline of your proposal for Outreach for ICANN61? as I have mentioned on this list before, I will be teaching at the first N.A. Internet School, and also have contacts with the ICT association and with another business organization that we could engage/invite. Can you provide a written proposal, as Omar did, for CROP funding approval? At least, we have to have a high level proposal. I note that the BC hasn’t used any of its allocation for FY18 and I just wanted to remind you that trips can be taken up until June 30, 2018. However, please note that any trip(s) taken towards the end of the fiscal year would according to the guidelines, have to be approved 6 weeks before the trip date, so ideally an application has to be submitted and approved by May 15, 2018 at the very latest. As a reminder, please note that the BC can also use its allocation to send a member to the ICANN61 Puerto Rico meeting.
