I am in full support of this outreach initiative for the BC by Mark, and support us moving ahead to approve his request for funding and recommending same to Excomm. in view of the fact that other requests may come before us for the same event and judging by the fact that averagely an economy ticket from Brazil to Geneva is in the region of $700usd, i recommend we approve $!,000usd (one thousand dollars) as support for Mark's airfare and outreach engagement at the IGF this year. where there is no dissenting voice, i propose we move forward with an approval for this request. lawrence.
