Dear BC Outreach Members, Reading through the draft concept notes i can affirm that this is a good outreach plan but i am not sure it is fit for purpose. My understanding is that this outreach was planned to be a "BC Event" but it turning out to be for AFICTA. While it is great to leverage on the breath of an association like Aficta, ceding this event to just one member of the BC does not seem to be a great plan. Other members of the BC with similar breath and interest who may like to contribute to the event would draw back. I would be more supportive of a BC event that offers neutrality for all or most BC members. This i believe would serve us better and help attract a larger audience. My suggestion is that we carry on with making our plans and arrangements without giving this event any coloring that it is organised by a member of the BC but the Business Constituency.
