Dear All, I am in total agreement with us going ahead with the plan to integrate with plans for business outreach with Chris and Riccardo as stated by Andrew and Marylin. Asides helping to set up the booth at each meeting I attend, I usually volunteer a minimum of 30 minutes to help out in attending to enquiries at the booth each day. Like some other constituency's do, the BC outreach team or other interested members could pick a particular day (preferably on the day BC is allocated to talk to the fellows at their morning sessions) to seat at the booth and answer inquiries from visitors about joining the BC. Branded BC souvenirs could also be given out at this session in Hyderabad. As an intending MAG member I would have to join the IGF session at Hyderabad.
