I should think the Outreach Committee could easily review and edit over the weekend, so we can submit on Monday 4-Dec. ICANN staff told us that is the absolute latest date we can submit. This response does not involve BC policy positions, so I believe the ExCom can approve without full member review. Once we submit, we will send to full BC list.
