OC’ers, This is the proposal we are talking about. It grows out of conversations Gabi and I have had over many months regarding Latin America and discussions we’ve had over the last few ICANN cycles within OC and in the broader BC. The idea took shape over the last month following our discussions with the Puerto Rican Chamber (and with encouragement from Claudia and others). Our hope is to be able to use the Panama ICANN meeting to meet up with private sector attendees from the LAC region.
