I have inquired to know if during that session we could be allowed to distribute our current newsletter to all the fellows and Siranush has agreed to that. On our plan to sit at the Information booth to attend to inquiries to join or volunteer for the BC by community members, we are required to propose a day and time for this. I ran into Riccardo at the information booth and he has obliged to arrange for the use of ICANN's social media tools to publicize our engagement at the booth in-order to drive more traffic there where we decide a date and time. Hoping to get our thoughts and feedback on this.
