Thank you Alfredo I will leave it up to Hadia and the rest of the group as to how they decide to handle the feedback I have not had time to go over the course myself but as the CBWG, we should provide feedback to Betsy as to the relevance and appropriateness of ICANN Learn courses for our users. Went through the content and found it a little overwhelming to see a lot of text in a simulated ebook (2-page) format. It lacks some kind of pre-assessment from participants studying the material.
- Is the content ADA compliant? - Why not add some short video clips stimulating the participant to indicate what is "wrong"? Use a multiple choice question. - Lack of some audio information makes it lacking motivation to go through the material. - Some information to navigate the content is not pertinent for the actual material displayed.
