Review of the Capacity Building Survey

Dear all, Since 13 August, I have made some proposals for modifications on the draft survey (see the wiki: <https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+Capacity+Building+WG+S urvey+Group+Workspace> https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+Capacity+Building+WG+Su rvey+Group+Workspace). Please have a look and give your opinion. Also, we need to have a conference call. We have a lot of urgent and less urgent issues to address.
