Dear Team members: In our recent call, I mentioned that we should review the Survey Questions sent to the participants of our webinars. The questions are listed at - https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+Capacity+Building+Work… and I have added them below for your review and suggestions if any. In the end, I have some suggestions for your consideration. I believe the purpose of the survey should be to help us identify the audience we are serving and how they are getting the information/announcement of the webinars. It has been perceived that the webinars are for those engaged in ICANN, especially in At-Large to build their skills to better engage in Policy advice within the community. My hypothesis: Are the Capacity Building Webinars meeting its objective? and Are we engaging New individuals to At-Large? Also the ALAC submitted an advice to the ICANN Board on DNS abuse in December of 2019. 2.DNS over HTTPS (DoH) and DNS over TLS (DoT), The CPWG has discussed both before and determined that this is a topic that certainly affects the users. 3.The Standardized System for Access and Disclosure of the gTLD registration data. This is also a high priority topic. The initial final report is out for public comment, tomorrow there is a webinar in this regard and the ALAC will need to comment on the report within the next 30+ days. 4.The New round of the gTLDs and the work of the subsequent procedures group.
