There is not a way to know who will join unless we know their email address or another means to send the password. Thus, I am not sending out a Mail Card to Join. Working Plan / Steps

Dear Colleagues: It might be worthwhile to start thinking of steps to follow in preparation for our Webinars. This is just a first draft so we can start building a 'Framework', 'Tool Kit', or 'Best Practices'. 1. 4th weeks in advance: Topic and invite possible speakers. (Monday sent an invitation, expect confirmation by Friday) 2. 3rd week in advance: Send confirmation letter to speaker/s with details of what we need, format, duration, photo, and a short profile. 3. 2nd week in advance: Receive slide deck with poll questions for Quiz, preparation on materials to promote on Social Media Networks, ICANN communities, etc. 4. Webinar week, final details, etc. We do need to think of a place to collect data of each survey question (beginning and end of Webinar), = Metrics analysis to improve on Webinars, and understand the audience we are engaging. Suggestions for future webinar topics

Dear Hadia, colleagues, Thank you for the great call today (tonight-) my thoughts regarding the webinars`s topics: I saw the UA topic in the list of webinars themes and just thoughts that our At-Large members now preparing the IGF sessions/webinars suggestions (actually yesterday was last day to send the application form). I guess we may reminder our community members that they have a platform for this webinars here and we can release these topics. This will be especially important in cases, when, for example, speackers and the description and content are ready, but the topic of the session/workshop will not accepted, for example for the IGF2020. (As it happened with the UA topic last year). Or they may provide this topic before or after the global/local meeting. Because not so much topics for webinars our members propose inside of At-Large, but much more for outside meetings. And we should to use survey way to ask community about what they wait for, need or which gaps of knowledge need to be covered. I would suggest that once they have accepted this invitation, staff send them a note to request the presentation and quiz questions by the Friday before and suggest they join the call 5-10min early to do an audio test and to speak at a reasonable speed for the interpreters … and of course send them all the call details and wiki page. Social Media links all shown on top. 3. An additional security element is added 'I'm not a robot'. 4. One of two things happen afterwards: A) Approval is granted an individual receives an email with the details to access Webinar. B) Not - approved and a message is sent to individual requesting aregistration. The email info allows us to followup on individuals participating in webinar; both, newcomers and frequent participants.
