So the survey attempts to Allow us to know what works and what does not work Set ideas of interest for our next webinars Gives us an insight about the participants demographics and above all we need to keep it short because it is conducted at the end of the webinar. So to Natalia's comment about adding the topics of the next webinar, in my opinion the question about if they would like to receive future invitations attempts to know if those webinars as set are generally useful or not and does not attempt to know if the upcoming webinars' topics are of interest to them or not (this could be a separate question). However, in order to know which topics are of interest to the audience (as John suggested) I would add the question "Do you have any suggestions for future webinars?" I agree with John that if we do not have an alternative to the technology it does not make much sense to have this question in place. However, I think that based on the feedback from the community the technology used could be re-evaluated and changed (not sure though). Natalia I was not sure about your scaling suggestion, so if you have a scale for each of the five questions, it still makes them five and not one. If all five are grouped and you have one scale for all five you will get a collective feedback that does not allow you to understand where the problem is. So to conclude we could * Add "Do you have any suggestions for future webinars?" ( I recommend this). * List the upcoming webinars' topics and ask for feedback (but that would require time). * Delete the question about the technology if the feedback does not have any possible impact on the technology we use.
