Yes, the FoI is part of the package of CCWG-Acc WS2 recommendations (final report here <https://community.icann.org/display/WEIA/Documents?preview=/59641302/8857424...>). Bernie Turcotte, ICANN Staff Support to the CCWG-Acc WS2, will be joining our CCWP-HR session in Barcelona to give us a status update.
It’s worth noting that concrete plans for the implementation phase of WS2 haven’t materialized yet. There have been discussions about an Implementation Team, but I’m assuming nothing will take shape until after board approval. Perhaps that's something we can ask Bernie about.
Regardless, we’ll be discussing progress made toward developing mechanisms for operationalizing the FOI in Barcelona, and taking a look at some of the other WS2 subgroup's recommendations as well.
