The issues that were identified are noted in following reports: Nomination and Election Report for ccNSO Council 2013: http://www.ccnso.icann.org/node/35701 Extraordinary Nomination and Elections European Region: http://www.ccnso.icann.org/node/35699 The Council is therefore asked to approve and open a review on the current process of election and voting guidelines. Unless any objection is received by 28 November 2012, this call will be considered approved.
