Obviously it would be easy for any of the council members who are on the list to 'leave the room' temporarily during the telconference, and it very well may be that we don't need to have any email discussions, so my next question may be relevent for future selections. But in order to ensure fairness of such discussions, we need to be able to email the members of the council lists occasionally excluding candidates for office, or for other reasons of conflict-of-interest. Is there already an easy mechanism for this, or is it something worth investigating for the future. Nigel PS: My view - which we can discuss on the call -- is that if we entitled to appoint 5 members, perhaps we should ask for more time and additional volunteers.
