Dear Bart, fellow Councilors, [immediate comments to the current text] I support the work plan with some editorial comments (1)-(3). (1) In section 3, IDNccTLD PDP (4), first line ; "i,.e defien of trigger event" seems to be a typo. (2) In section 3, Working Party Confusing similarity, second line ; For the sentence "Scope to be defined by PDP WG", "PDP WG" itself is not clearly defined. The latest definition of WG in this text is the WG for Policy review Decisions in ccPDP 3 - which apparently is not the one mentioned here. Small change into "Scope to be defined by WG that will be created for IDNccTLD PDP WG." may work better in order to make the text not to be misunderstood. (3) whole text Term 'WG' is used several times (e.g., ccNSO Meeting program WG), even where 'Committee' is more accurate. [suggestion for the future] To improve the work plan text to be developed in the future, may I suggest the followings : (a) "Annual workshop" is mentioned twice in Section 2. I think "annual workshop", which may not be known to all ccNSO Members, had better be described/defined somewhere in the Portfolio document. Draft Resolution
The ccNSO Council adopts the annual work plan as reflected in the ccNSO Activities Portfolio 2019-2021. The secretariat is requested to publish the relevant documents and inform the community accordingly. The secretariat is further requested to provide the monthly work plan as soon as feasible following adoption of the annual work plan and in accordance with the relevant ccNSO Guideline.
