I was surprised to see the recommendation that there should be a study of 'the conditions under which Country Code Top Level Domains (ccTLDs) shall be harmonised with ICANN's general standards' Did I miss a conversation with the ccNSO on this? If not, perhaps it could be a topic for a discussion between At-Large and the ccNSO during our potential meeting in Toronto?
