Hi Peter, No it is not the same webinar. The two webinars on the 11th will be run by the CWG group as a whole to brief people on the content of the final proposal, the webinar on the 12th will be run by the ccNSO representatives to the CWG. This webinar is mainly directed to the ccTLD community and will have a ccTLD focus. I hope this helps.
