[ccnso-council] 21 May Council meeting moved to 13:00 UTC

Hello All, The May ccNSO Council Teleconference (229), originally scheduled for 21 May at 18:00 UTC, was first moved to 15:00 UTC to avoid overlap with Prep Week sessions. Now that the Prep Week agenda has been published<https://www.icann.org/en/announcements/details/icann86-prep-week-schedule-no...>, it appears that the 15:00 UTC slot still conflicts with the schedule.
